Sometimes, i aspire for limelight
And the light it brings with it
But as i watch people becoming victims of it
Not able to figure out how to handle it
Some taking it for granted
Others taking it too far
Forgetting that they too are humans
Who once stood on the ground
Who have now lost sense of reality
And have gone astray from their path,
I can’t avoid asking myself
Is it really a thing i should die for
Or will it be a ruin too difficult to repair?
